Voter Information

Voter Registration 

The last day to register to vote before the May 21st Primary Election is April 22nd.

It is highly recommended that you call the elections office at (814) 623-4807 to verify that your application was received. 

Absentee Ballots

The last day to apply for a civilian absentee ballot is May 14th and the last day for the County Board of Elections to receive a voted civilian absentee ballot is May 17th.

Individuals unable to complete an absentee application due to a disability may have an agent assigned to complete the application. To apply click the following link: Designated Agent Form. This form must be accompanied by a Certification of Designated Agent Form
